В статье рассмотрен вопрос исключения военнослужащих из реестра участников накопительно-ипотечной системы жилищного обеспечения (ставшими участниками по их желанию) из реестра, при наличии их волеизъявления, проведен краткий анализ законодательства и судебной практики по данному вопросу, а также даны рекомендации по совершенствованию законодательства в данной сфере.

The article deals with the issue of exclusion of military personnel from the register of participants of the savings and mortgage system of housing provision (who became participants at their request) from the register, in the presence of their will, a brief analysis of legislation and judicial practice on this is-sue, as well as recommendations for improving legislation in this area.
